The Island Private School of Limassol is seeking a competent and experienced Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a fluent English-speaking, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented professional who is eager to grow both personally and professionally in a dynamic start-up environment. As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be the first point of contact between the school’s founder and key stakeholders. You will also take on a variety of interesting and challenging tasks daily.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily personal assistant support to the founder of The Island Private School of Limassol.
- Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling conflicts.
- Manage the founder’s projects (both business and personal) to ensure timely delivery of results and adherence to deadlines.
- Assist with business events and leadership team coordination.
- Organize and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Support the HR department and leadership team in initiatives related to the school founder.
- Assist in school event preparations.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Prior experience in administrative support is required.
