Join our team as a Customer Support Representative!
Megabet Plus, the biggest betting company in Cyprus, is looking to recruit a passionate and customer-oriented individual for the position of Customer Support Representative at our main office, in Nicosia.

What you’ll do:

Be the first point of contact for customers, offering exceptional support via phone, email and chat.

Ensure all customer issues, questions and complaints are responded to and resolved efficiently and in a timely manner.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers by providing friendly, professional and reliable support.

Guide customers step-by-step to find the best solutions while treating them with respect and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Work closely with our team to provide feedback, share insights and improve customer experience.
What we are looking for:

Ability to be working in shifts, including night, weekend and holiday shifts (Working 5 days per week total of 38 hours).

Fluency in Greek and English is a must.

Comfortable using customer support software, CRM systems and online communication tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills- ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Excellent customer service and complaints handling skills.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration / communications or in a related field will be considered an advantage

Previous online customer support experience is a plus
