Join our team as a Customer Support Representative!

Megabet Plus, the biggest betting company in Cyprus, is looking to recruit a passionate and customer-oriented individual for the position of Customer Support Representative at our main office, in Nicosia.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, offering exceptional support via phone, email and chat.

  • Ensure all customer issues, questions and complaints are responded to and resolved efficiently and in a timely manner.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers by providing friendly, professional and reliable support.

  • Guide customers step-by-step to find the best solutions while treating them with respect and adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Work closely with our team to provide feedback, share insights and improve customer experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to be working in shifts, including night, weekend and holiday shifts (Working 5 days per week total of 38 hours).

  • Fluency in Greek and English is a must.

  • Comfortable using customer support software, CRM systems and online communication tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills- ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.

  • Excellent customer service and complaints handling skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration / communications or in a related field will be considered an advantage

  • Previous online customer support experience is a plus
