We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Junior Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team at HFM.

Your role at HFM:

• Responsible for administrating and updating the compliance record keeping folders.
• Assist in the completion and maintenance of any Compliance Registries.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Regulatory Team.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual and induction staff training program and monitors the completion by all members of the Company.
• Assist in responding to requests from external and internal auditors, by collecting and coordinating relevant documentations
• Monitor communication between Clients and the various Company departments in line with the monitoring requirements of the relevant regulatory framework.
• Monitor the websites of the company to ensure compliance.
• Report monitoring findings and make recommendations for compliance improvement to the Head of Compliance.
• Monitoring of affiliates.
• Identify, document, and classify incidents related to AML, compliance, and legal risks from across the organization.
• Investigate reported incidents, assess their severity, and escalate them to the appropriate departments (AML, Compliance, Legal).
• Monitor and track the status of reported incidents until resolution, ensuring prompt action and follow-up.
• Prepare detailed incident reports, including root cause analysis, recommended corrective actions, and preventive measures.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Law, Economics, Business, Finance, or any other related field.
• 1+ years’ experience as a Junior Compliance and/or Monitoring Officer or in a similar role within the FX industry.
• Excellent written & verbal communication in both Greek and English language. Any additional language would be considered an advantage.
• Computer literacy especially with MS Office (Word/Excel).
• CySEC Advanced certificate would be considered an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and conflict management skills.
