CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Audit, Tax & Advisory services with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their growing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients for Audit, Tax, and Advisory services, as well as developing and implementing business development strategies to expand the client portfolio. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, Finance, or another related field who possess proven experience in Sales and/or Business Development, ideally gained working in a relevant professional services field. A strong understanding of Audit, Tax, and Advisory services is highly desirable, and fluency in both English and Greek is a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and engage potential clients for Audit, Tax, and Advisory services.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitive threats.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
  • Track and analyse business development performance, providing regular updates to Management.
  • Work closely with the audit and tax teams to tailor service offerings to client needs.
  • Develop partnerships with corporate and financial institutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and client experience.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports in CRM systems.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and/or Client Management is a must.
  • Strong understanding of Audit, Tax, and Financial Advisory services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English & Greek (any other languages is considered an advantage).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
