We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Reporting Officer to oversee and manage the company’s financial reporting processes. This role ensures accurate and timely accounting records, financial statements, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting management with financial insights and decision-making while also coordinating with auditors and HQ for reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the monthly closing process, including the preparation and submission of management accounts and reports.

• Act as a key liaison for financial queries, providing timely and accurate financial analysis and insights.

• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, ensuring efficient collaboration with external auditors.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring effective financial planning.

• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and all financial reporting obligations.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.

• Collaborate with various departments to support overall business objectives and financial decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• ACCA/ACA certification required.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial regulations.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial data effectively.

• Fluency in Greek and English is required.
