Columbia Group is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. This role is integral to ensuring reporting accuracy, and effective consolidation processes within our organization. The successful candidate will contribute to various critical functions, including internal audits, financial reporting and business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough internal audits and business processes review to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Prepare and review management accounts for reporting to financiers and quarterly reporting to the board.

• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related analysis.

• Assist in the preparation and review of business plan for group companies.

• Provide support for statutory audit-related activities and other in-house due diligence procedures.

• Assist in the creation of presentations, including the preparation of slides and charts for various reports.

• Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by the Finance and Reporting team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;

• Professional certification (e.g., CFA. ACA, ACCA)

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, reporting, or related roles. Strong background in internal audits and financial statement reviews will be considered an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Experience in preparing and reviewing management accounts.

• Knowledge of consolidation processes and financial reporting standards.

• Adaptability and willingness to support various ad hoc reporting needs.
