Position:
Infocredit Group is currently looking for a full time Business Development & Account Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing key accounts, and driving business growth in the Debt Collection sector.
Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of debt recovery solutions.
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30
Requirements/Qualifications:
- BSc/BA degree in Business, Finance, Law or related field
- 3-5 years of proven managerial experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), or Financial Services.
- Excellent Command of Written and Spoken Greek and English Language
- Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or debt collection agencies.
- Experience in using CRM systems, debt collection software, and reporting tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities in Debt Collection and Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, legal firms, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, demonstrating the value of our services to potential clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts to enhance business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee client portfolios related to debt collection and non-performing loans.
- Work closely with internal teams (collections, legal, and compliance) to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on client account performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to clients, offering insights and recommendations on optimizing debt recovery strategies.
