HR Generalist, HR Internal Department – Nicosia/Limassol

We are currently looking for HR Generalists to join our HR Internal department in Nicosia and Limassol. The successful candidates will be involved in a variety of internal projects relating to the provision of internal HR services.

The Opportunity:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR systems
  • Leading the recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and conducting interviews
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information and documentation
  • Providing counseling and support to employees regarding company policies and procedures
  • Administering payroll and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Representing the company at HR-related events and networking opportunities.
  • Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees

The Requirements:

  • University degree with a minimum grade of 2:1 or equivalent in Human Resource Management or Occupational Psychology or any other related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in an HR role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
  • Able to work effectively within a team
