We are currently seeking to recruit a Legal Administrator to join KPMG Law at our offices in Limassol. This is a great opportunity for administrators who wish to participate in a dynamic team of legal professionals and offer support to the management of the KPMG Law firm.
The Opportunity:
- Personal Assistant to the Limassol Partner of KPMG Law and assisting with communications and project organisation
- Assisting lawyers with drafting and filing applications with governmental authorities, including the registrar of companies, and filing documents with the Court
- Liaising with clients, associates, various governmental authorities and other third parties
- Liaising with the accounting department, processing invoices, collating and filing expenses
- Liaising with the risk and compliance teams, collecting and processing information
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Screening all incoming calls and transfer calls or take messages
- Performing general clerical duties
- Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences in Cyprus and abroad, and organizing travelling
The Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or related fields
- Detail-oriented, organized with proven ability to successfully multi-task
- Proven experience of administration skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
