PA to CEO
On behalf of a client, a well-established group in the industry of Food and Beverage, we are currently looking to recruit a PA to CEO in Nicosia.
Objective
The selected candidate will provide administrative support, manage daily office tasks, and maintain direct communication with executive management, external partners, and stakeholders.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication handling.
• Organize and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO and senior management.
• Monitor and manage traffic fines for all company vehicles, ensuring timely payments and proper record-keeping.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Position’s Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent Greek and English language skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
