CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established Group of Companies operating in the Financial Trading sector and with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an HR Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. Reporting to the Group Head of HR, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key duties, including overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, implementing performance management tools and processes, arranging employee training and development initiatives, and more. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other closely related fields, who possess 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and any prior experience working in the FX industry will be considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and relevant databases up to date.
  • Arrange employee trainings and maintain relevant records up to date.
  • Implement performance management tools and processes.
  • Manage employee benefits and act as the point of contact to external providers.
  • Prepare monthly payroll changes.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, as required by management, external auditors, and local authorities.
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary processes, in cooperation with management.
  • Manage the employee offboarding process.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour legislation.
  • Undertake any other relevant tasks as assigned by management.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience working in the FX industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to multi-task.
