bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Electrical Engineer to join our Development Department.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Design verification and optimization review of Electrical Drawings.
• Review Electrical tender drawings and specifications and provide comments as necessary to address constructability issues, coordination issues, etc.
• Audit drawings of external consultants to verify compliance with authorities and company’s design requirements.
• Propose alternative design solutions.
• Prepare and update MEP Checklists and Tables.
• Prepare cost-analysis reports.
• Provide design and quality control support to construction management team.
• Communicate with external consultants to provide support and direction during the design and construction phase of project.
• Assist in updating the design manual and the standard specifications.

Requirements for the position:

• Electrical Engineer Bachelor Degree.
• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position or within a consultancy firm.
• Site experience will be considered as an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Greek language.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office package.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, analytical skills, reporting skills.
