Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will interact with regulators, advise internal teams on regulatory requirements, and support compliance and legal operations. You will be integral in ensuring that our business operations meet the necessary regulatory standards across both B2B and B2C markets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with Regulators where and if required for different aspects of the business (reporting, clarifications on regulatory frameworks, product requirements, marketing standards).
  • Interpreting and advising internally on regulations, requirements and standards across relevant markets in relation to B2B and B2C operations.
  • Assisting in tasks related to licensing, certifications and license maintenance.
  • Supporting and advising the compliance operations team and the other business stakeholders in the day-to-day operations.
  • Communication with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Cooperating with the Legal and the Finance teams in relation to reporting and corporate services tasks.
  • Reporting any identified regulatory and technical compliance risks and gaps.
  • Supporting in regulatory assessment and gap analysis of new and existing jurisdictions.
  • Assisting in communications with external consultants.
  • Handling of compliance related administrative tasks.

What we are looking for:

  • Willing to learn and being passionate about the gaming industry.
  • Hands on attitude.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written) and ideally other languages.
  • Ability to understand business needs and prioritize accordingly.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, confluence and other business tools.
  • Legal background (preferable but not a must).
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to meet multiple daily deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in embracing new responsibilities as they arise.
  • Trustworthiness
