Duties and responsibilities:
- Preparation and cleaning for opening and closing of restaurants
- Taking orders from guests
- Clean tables
- Have knowledge of menu content and be able to explain dishes
- Serve guests
- Handle guests’ bills
- Completes additional duties as assigned by the Head of Dept and/or General Manager.
- Conforms to the Hotel’s and dept’s IMS procedures and safe working method statements.
