The Engineering Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. They are also responsible for managing a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

The successful candidate is required to have a strong technical background, they should also have several years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing teams and overseeing large-scale projects.

The Engineering Manager include ensuring that all hotel equipment is properly maintained and serviced, developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, and managing the hotel’s budget for maintenance and repairs.

Responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance staff daily. Directs, coordinates, and performs routine, preventive, and emergency interior / exterior maintenance and repairs to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of hotel operations.
