STOCK PLANNING & ORDER MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
CTC-ARI Airports Ltd, part of the ARI group, the Company managing the Travel Retail & Duty-Free shop operations at both Larnaca and Paphos International Airports, invites applications for the recruitment of a Stock Planning & Order Management Assistant, based at Larnaca International Airport.
Role
Deliver optimum stock levels, meet forecasted demand, minimise excess stock holdings and aged stock, support the buying team in planning and forecasting of demand at brand and vendor level, place and track all orders, as well as communicate and co-ordinate with suppliers and the business unit. As appropriate, this will include order placement/management, inventory management, warehousing interaction and product delivery to retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage stock levels for the business unit as per financial metrics
- Be responsible for demand planning and stock forecasting
- Manage the seasonal & BBD’s (Best Before Date) sell through plan at product and vendor level with buyer, and recommend actions
- Review AER (Auto External Replenishment) in comparison with plan prior to order placement
- Be the primary point of contact on all inventory issues
- Manage the PO’s (Purchase Orders) to suppliers (local & international) from order desk to receipt of goods at local warehouse
- Manage internal replenishment of goods from the Warehouse to shop locations
- Be responsible for In-Stock and OOS (Out of Stock) occurrences
- Manage RTV’s (Return to Vendor) and credit/debit notes (Blocked Invoices) – order quantity
- Any other relevant duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time
Person Specification – Requirements of the Role
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and results focused skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Capability to work within tight deadlines
- Ability to work on both own initiative and as part of a team
- Previous experience on Ordering & Stock Management will be considered an advantage
- University degree in positive sciences (Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of Navision ERP will be considered an advantage
