Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate Chef de Pass to join our exceptional culinary team. As a valued member of LPM Restaurant & Bar, you will contribute to crafting exquisite dishes that capture the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you’ll help uphold our reputation for culinary excellence. 🍋🍴

What you will do:

• Ensuring that all orders meet guest preferences and special requests, providing a high level of service to enhance the dining experience.
• To oversee the Commis team, allocating their duties in the most effective way.
• To support the Head Chef in assembling the orders, properly giving the dishes to the commis team with appropriate dish announcements.
• To have an extensive knowledge of LPM food products allowing to attend every guest's needs and questions

What you need:

• Proven experience in hospitality (min. 1 year)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
