Elite Blue Group Ltd is expanding its operations and is looking to hire talented candidates for the position of Logistics Coordinator in Limassol, Cyprus.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible to collaborate with customers and agents to schedule deliveries, negotiate terms, and address any issues that may arise. You will play a crucial role to the Company's operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and overall competitiveness in the market by ensuring a well-managed and optimized supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and liaise effectively with customers and agents.
• Execute logistic requisitions as required by the customers.
• Prepare quotations, up to the invoicing stage.
• Manage transportation providers, reviewing costs and transportation rates, as well as researching shipping options.
• Ensure that accurate records are maintained for transactions and accountable to compile reports as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Maritime Studies, or any other related field.
• Prior experience in this position/industry, will be considered as a plus.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and business orientation.
• Organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
