We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed People and Culture Specialist to join our dynamic team at HFM.

Your role at HFM:

• Design and implement initiatives to strengthen the organisation’s culture and core values.
• Responsible for creating employee wellbeing and engagement solutions and improving employee’s lifecycle experience.
• Plans and executes employee engagement surveys.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR matters, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
• Provides support and guidance to employees on a wide range of HR topics.
• Ensures that employees feel heard and valued and advocates for their wellbeing, engagement and satisfaction.
• Runs onboarding and offboarding process.
• Organises team-building activities and events that enhance corporate culture.

What You Bring:

• BA/BSc in HR Management or Business Administration or any other related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience.
• Proven experience in employee engagement and culture building initiatives.
• Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Applications.
