SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Participates and promotes public relations inside or outside the hotel.
- Achieves the highest levels of service to all hotel Guests.
- Achieves the best presentation of the hotel in order to improve sales by applying efficient methods.
- Provides her personal services to all the hotel Guests in order to make them feel they are in a familiar and welcoming environment.
- Practice all her skills in sales to promote the hotel through excellent Public Relations.
- Communicates constantly with the Front Office Manager and the General Manager for any problems Guests may have.
- Greets Guests upon arrival at the hotel and bids farewell when they leave.
- Solves any minor problems Guests may have and helps them with any queries they might have.
- Organizes regular activities for Guests to participate in, in order to make their holidays more interesting.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
- Communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Team Spirit
