Job Opportunity: Data Analytics Specialist (Nicosia-based)

Hellenic Tzilalis (Cyprus) Ltd, a company with a long-standing history and expertise in Facility Management Services—including professional cleaning and waste management—seeks to hire a Data Analytics Specialist based in Nicosia.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analytics Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with executives and team members to identify opportunities for improvement across all operational aspects.
• Collecting and analyzing data from the company’s ERP and CRM systems to support decision-making processes.
• Developing and monitoring KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of business decisions and assist during the tendering process.
• Supporting the automation of processes, including tendering, procurement, and budgeting workflows.
• Assisting team members with the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Maintaining and expanding the company’s internal knowledge base for proposals and tender responses.
• Structuring and integrating large datasets from various IT systems to extract timely and accurate insights.
• Creating visually appealing data representations using graphs, infographics, and other tools.
• Preparing and delivering insightful presentations and reports based on findings and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications:

• A degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role related to business operations.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Power Pivot and Power BI.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Python, Tableau, SAS, or equivalent software.
