Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee our Quality Management vision, policies, and key performance indicators (KPIs). In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing service quality by conducting regular client visits, gathering feedback, resolving issues, and guiding our supervisors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee the company’s quality assurance policies and standards.

• Conduct regular client visits to gather feedback and ensure service excellence.

• Analyze feedback and data to track performance against KPIs.

• Provide problem-solving support and guidance to supervisors and staff.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, including ISO 9001.

• Collaborate with senior management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline).

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar quality assurance role.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems (an advantage).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Cyprus.

• Fluency in Greek and/or English.
