Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, construction detailing, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, proactive, and technically skilled, with a strong ability to assist in drafting architectural plans, preparing permit applications, and supporting site inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing architectural plans and construction details.

• Assisting in the submission of plans for Planning Permission, Building Permits, and Final Approvals.

• Reviewing construction details on active sites for immediate response and adjustments.

• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance and progress monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• A Master’s degree will be considered an additional advantage.

• Excellent knowledge of 2D & 3D design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design programs).

• Knowledge of REVIT will be considered an additional asset.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Photoshop.
