Main Role:

• Assistance in processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and refunds according to the company policies and procedures;
• Assistance in transaction processing;
• Handling customer inquiries regarding relevant transactions;
• Liaising with payment processors in relation to payment transactions;
• Assist in adhoc requests by team leader/manager in general;

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday 10:00 - 19:00 or 12:00 - 21:00 with one (1) hour break;
• Friday 12:00 - 18:00 or 13:00 - 19:00 with a half hour break;
• Shifts and public holidays are applicable on a rotation basis.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage;
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or in a related field;
• Excellent English and Greek communication skills (both verbal and written);
• Ability to perform duties effectively while working under pressure;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Organized and detail-oriented.
