CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, the exclusive importer of top motorcycle and ATV brands, and with expanding operations in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Motorcycle Technician to join their growing team. As a Motorcycle Technician, you will primarily be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining premium motorcycles and off-road vehicles, including street bikes, adventure bikes, dirt bikes, ATVs, and side-by-sides. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 3+ years of proven experience as motorcycle technicians, with the ability to read and interpret factory manuals and schematics. You will need to hold a valid driver’s license and motorcycle license, with any experience working with premium motorcycle and ATV brands considered a significant advantage. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assemble and inspect new vehicles before delivery.
- Diagnose and repair motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides from exclusive brands.
- Perform routine maintenance and technical inspections.
- Communicate with customers and colleagues to provide accurate repair estimates.
- Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance work.
- Stay updated on the latest motorcycle and ATV technologies and repair techniques.
- Participate in manufacturer training sessions, both online and in person.
- Collaborate with brand technical support teams when required.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Minimum three years of experience as a motorcycle technician.
- Ability to read and interpret factory manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle license.
- Experience with premium motorcycle and ATV brands is an advantage.
