We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at HFM.

The successful candidate will be part of our business transformation and evolve along with the company. They will play a key role in managing and coordinating organisation wide projects and making sure they are delivered efficiently and on time.

As a Senior Project Manager, the selected candidate will work closely with other Project Managers, Product Managers and various business teams to seamlessly deliver company initiatives. They will be at the forefront of all company initiatives, directly liaising senior management and leadership across the organisation.

Your role at HFM:

• Deliver multiple projects of varying complexity and size.
• Coordinate internal business units and external provider teams.
• Hold task owners accountable for specific deliverables and conduct project team meetings to review progress and take any necessary actions.
• Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Keep track of commitments and promote ownership by ensuring each team delivers within their set timeline.
• Ensure that requirements are comprehensive and thorough, including all the necessary information, and are ready for implementation.
• Identify and remove impediments to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with each project's team to provide a high-level estimation and create a delivery plan.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure dependencies are aligned.
• Assist with internal and external communication channels to improve transparency and provide information to the right stakeholders in the right levels of abstraction.
• Understand and follow the company’s processes.
• Utilise project management methodologies and relevant tools to accomplish all the above.

What You Bring:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar position.
• Experience with project management software, analysis, and reporting methods.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Strong organisational and critical thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills that can handle any issues that occur during a project’s life cycle.
• A hands-on, professional, detail-oriented approach that strives for excellence.
• Strong written and verbal communication for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to stay motivated and work effectively under pressure.
• The ability to identify process deficiencies and suggest improvements based on knowledge and experience.

Nice to have:

• FX industry experience.
• PMP/Prince II and Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Programming or professional technical experience.
