As our team is expanding, we are seeking to recruit a General Manager in Limassol to develop and implement strategic plans achieving company goals and drive growth.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implementing the agreed company strategy to improve the overall business function.

• Setting goals for the teams based on the strategic planning.

• Ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and drive growth.

• Ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resources.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or related field.

• Previous experience in the travel industry of minimum 5 years in progressively responsible roles, including leadership and/or management positions;

• Experience in managing large teams, operational processes, and financial responsibilities.

The General Manager reports and is accountable to the Managing Director of Columbus Travel.
