Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and support of user equipment, in-house and third-party applications and assist in the overall IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Network and Infrastructure Monitoring: Liaise with service providers to install, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate networks, servers, and infrastructure.
- Maintain records/logs of user equipment and performed maintenance.
- Plan, set up, and maintain internal user equipment, including laptops (Windows 10 & 11), desktop computers, tablets (Android & iPad), applications, servers, routers, firewalls, printers, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
- Work with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.
- Identify equipment shortages and suggest new equipment purchases based on company-set specifications.
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage users, including setting up user accounts, security permissions, and passwords.
- Network and Infrastructure Monitoring: Liaise with service providers to install, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate networks, servers, and infrastructure.
- Maintain records/logs of user equipment and performed maintenance.
- Identify equipment shortages and suggest new equipment purchases based on company-set specifications.
- User Support: Assist users with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed in a timely manner.
- Enable faster and smarter business processes, and develop analytics for meaningful insights.
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.
- Assist in other projects as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, systems performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching.
- Strong knowledge of user equipment setup and maintenance, including Windows OS, mobile devices, and peripheral devices.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language.
Remuneration:
