Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and direct to the relevant department
- Oversee office administration
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Arrange meetings and manage conference room bookings
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, messenger services and courier shipments.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties
Requirements
- Previous experience as a secretary or office administrator
- Fluent in both Greek and English languages
- Computer Literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
