Responsibilities:
- Keep precise utility coordination records, permits, approvals, and correspondence. Provide routine progress reports to the project team, including potential delays
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems
- Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Systematic monitoring the progress of our permits in the governmental authorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage
- Good knowledge of utility systems and regulations
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Greek language
