Responsibilities:

  • Keep precise utility coordination records, permits, approvals, and correspondence. Provide routine progress reports to the project team, including potential delays
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems
  • Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets
  • Systematic monitoring the progress of our permits in the governmental authorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage
  • Good knowledge of utility systems and regulations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Greek language
