Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.

• Strong knowledge of Greek and English (both written and verbal).

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and project requirements.

• Develop and present creative design concepts and mood boards.

• Prepare detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and other design software.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

• Supervise and coordinate interior design projects from concept to completion.

• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project execution.

• Provide recommendations on materials, furnishings, and décor to align with project goals.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality control.

• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
