We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed HR Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at HFM.
The HR Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting human resources data to support strategic decision-making. This role plays a critical part in workforce planning, talent management, and optimising HR processes by leveraging data-driven insights.
Your role at HFM:
- Collect, organize, and analyse HR-related data, including employee performance, recruitment metrics, compensation, attrition and labour rates and engagement trends.
- Develop and maintain the company HRIS, HR dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to leadership and HR teams.
- Identify trends and patterns in workforce data to support strategic HR initiatives.
- Conduct predictive analytics to improve talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to streamline data processes and improve reporting capabilities.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance employee experience and organizational performance.
- Support HR compliance and audit requirements by maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Assist in implementing HR technology solutions to improve data management and analytics.
What You Bring:
- BA/BSc in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or related analytical roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, reporting, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in HR data management.
- High level of confidentiality and experience in handling highly sensitive data.
