Shamrock is an international trading company specializing in lubricant additives, base oils, greases, and specialty fluids, located in Limassol.
The Position:
As Shamrock expands its operations, we are looking for a young, ambitious, and tech-savvy enthusiast to join their team as Digital Sales & Automation Specialist to help revolutionize the way they manage sales, automation, and digital customer engagement.
The Digital Sales & Automation Specialist will be working with cutting-edge sales tools, AI-driven analytics, and global B2B platforms to help optimize the Company's business processes and sales funnel.
Responsibilities:

Automate and optimize the sales funnel using Salesforce, email automation, and AI-powered workflows.

Streamline customer engagement through digital tools, reducing manual follow-ups and improving response rates.

Implement chatbots, WhatsApp automation, and digital sales assistants to enhance customer experience.

Analyze customer interaction data and provide insights for better sales strategies.

Work with traders and sales teams to ensure new product categories reach customers efficiently.

Assist in digital marketing initiatives, including content automation and CRM-driven campaigns

Stay up to date on the latest tech trends in sales, automation, and AI and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements:

Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools (or strong willingness to learn).

Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Zapier, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.

Basic understanding of AI-driven analytics tools.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Experience in B2B sales, eCommerce, or digital marketing is a plus
