Shamrock is an international trading company specializing in lubricant additives, base oils, greases, and specialty fluids, located in Limassol.

The Position:

As Shamrock expands its operations, we are looking for a young, ambitious, and tech-savvy enthusiast to join their team as Digital Sales & Automation Specialist to help revolutionize the way they manage sales, automation, and digital customer engagement.

The Digital Sales & Automation Specialist will be working with cutting-edge sales tools, AI-driven analytics, and global B2B platforms to help optimize the Company's business processes and sales funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Automate and optimize the sales funnel using Salesforce, email automation, and AI-powered workflows.

  • Streamline customer engagement through digital tools, reducing manual follow-ups and improving response rates.

  • Implement chatbots, WhatsApp automation, and digital sales assistants to enhance customer experience.

  • Analyze customer interaction data and provide insights for better sales strategies.

  • Work with traders and sales teams to ensure new product categories reach customers efficiently.

  • Assist in digital marketing initiatives, including content automation and CRM-driven campaigns

  • Stay up to date on the latest tech trends in sales, automation, and AI and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools (or strong willingness to learn).

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Zapier, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.

  • Basic understanding of AI-driven analytics tools.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Experience in B2B sales, eCommerce, or digital marketing is a plus
