CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established company operating in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector, we are seeking to recruit an Administrative Officer to join their growing team based in Latsia, Nicosia. As part of your tole, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, receiving and forwarding messages, as well as organizing meetings. Additionally, you will respond effectively to requests and inquiries from Senior Management, ensuring their timely and appropriate execution. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated in the fields of Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar, who possess proven experience in a relevant administrative position. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must, along with outstanding organisational and time management skills. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Handle telephone calls, message bookings, and direct correspondence.
  • Handle requests and inquiries from Senior Management with discretion.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and send reminders.
  • Plan travel and manage related details.
  • Create reports, presentations, and summaries.
  • Maintain filing systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
  • Perform any other duties assigned that are related to the responsibilities and activities of the Administrative Officer.
  • Prepare reports and presentations that may be requested by members of Senior Management, the Group Operations Manager, Technical Directors, or the Sales Team.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • High school diploma, Degree in Business Administration or a related field (optional).
  • Experience in secretarial support or administrative positions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in organizing meetings and managing calendars.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of modern office tools.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Professional integrity and honesty.
