We are looking for a career-oriented individual to join our Compliance Department for the position of Compliance Officer.
Job Description:
- Implement compliance policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and CySEC’s regulative requirements
- Review client files and maintain complete and accurate records
- Perform ongoing compliance checks and monitoring
- Prepare Compliance training material
- Process KYC and related information in the company’s systems
- Support the Compliance Team in preparation of reports
- Provide compliance support to other departments
- Provide administrative assistance for compliance-related tasks
- Follow, analyse and implement changes related to any amendments to law and/or regulations
- Provide support for the implementation of the annual compliance program according to CySEC’s compliance guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in the field of compliance
- CySEC AML certification &/or CySEC Advanced certification will be considered a plus
- Computer literate. Strong knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn and work with in-house specially designed software
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail with a professional attitude
- Fluency in both verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek is a must
