CSP JV (Cyprus Services Provider Joint Venture) an established Joint Venture working within the British Sovereign Base areas, has a requirement for a B&CE Engineer for Akrotiri.

Building & Civil Engineering (B&CE) Engineer

General Role

The B&CE Engineer will be responsible for the safe, reliable and cost effective delivery of all asset building and civil engineering operations and maintenance works on their particular site including outstations.

Profile

The post is for an engineer with five years’ experience in either contracting or maintenance operations and is a self-motivated team player with proven track record in the delivery of multi discipline projects and operations.

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Produce concise information and documentation with attention to detail and presentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work within QSHE system environment.
• IT literate on all MS Office programs including Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD would also be advantageous.
• Good command of the English language.
• Carry out structural designs for minor works for concrete and steel structures.

Qualifications

B&CE Engineer - B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or Building Engineering, as a minimum.
