Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Processing payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits and deductions
- Process and execute the company’s payroll on a monthly basis including calculations of overtime, allowances and other payments.
- Calculating and verifying timekeeping records
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Preparing payroll reports upon request
- Handle employees’ questions regarding payroll
- Performing any other duties assigned by the CFO
Qualification requirements
- An academic background relating to Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field is preferred
- Previous work experience in a payroll department. Experience within the hospitality industry will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in Greek and English language both verbal and written
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office) and familiarity with relevant computer software e.g. Theova
- Analytical and numerical orientation with excellent attention to detail
