Role Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support to merchants, addressing enquiries related to payment solutions, integrations, and technical issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, offering timely and effective solutions
- Assist clients in the seamless integration of payment solutions, including card processing, APMs, and Open Banking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of API documentation
- Work closely with clients to guide them through the integration process, leveraging API documentation effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored technical support
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment solutions
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and workflows for improved efficiency
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated experience in business development and sales within the payment industry
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proven experience in technical support, particularly in the payments industry
