We're on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a high qualified and motivated Learning and Development Senior Specialist to join our Human Resources team in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
What the job looks like?
The Learning and Development Senior Specialist will have the opportunity to:
- Assessing learning and development needs within the organization
- Drafting the L&D yearly plan and relevant budget
- Identifying subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and develop training programs
- Designing training curricula and training programs
- Organizing and delivering inductions, training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Monitoring and evaluating training and development programs' effectiveness
- Developing L&D strategy to serve long-term Company goals
- Developing policies and procedures on L&D topics
- Keeping up with the latest training and development trends and best practices
- Maintaining and ensuring that the L&D management system up to date
- Utilizing any available subsidy schemes relevant to training or recruitment (i.e HRDA, Department of Labour, KEPA)
- Supporting L&D administration tasks concerning the full Learning and Development Cycle
- Proposing ideas for events and other activities based on the Company's Wellbeing Strategy
- Writing and editing the in-house newsletters
- Acting as a point of contact for employees and managers
What does it take to do the job?
- University Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Business Administration or any other related discipline
- HRDA Certified Trainer certificate (Level 5) is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
- Good knowledge of HRDA subsidised schemes
- Maintains confidentiality and professional demeanour
- Strong computer literacy: proven experience in LMS platforms will be an advantage
- Fluency in both the Greek and English language
