Golden Coast Hotel 4*, in Protaras, is currently seeking to recruit a Pastry Cook A' for the season 2025.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand all pastry items offered including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
- Take an active role where need arises in preparing quality pastry items, desserts, cakes etc.
- Ensure that all cleanliness and hygiene requirements are met within health & safety standards & adhere to all control procedures.
- Prepare the ‘mise en place’ of the designated section.
- Apply the recipes given by the Executive Chef.
Qualification and Experience:
- Degree of Culinary Arts
- Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
- Good knowledge of English language
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure
- Ability to work in a team
- Positive, engaging personality
- Professional appearance & attitude
