Golden Coast Hotel 4*, in Protaras, is currently seeking to recruit a Pastry Cook A' for the season 2025.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand all pastry items offered including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
  • Take an active role where need arises in preparing quality pastry items, desserts, cakes etc.
  • Ensure that all cleanliness and hygiene requirements are met within health & safety standards & adhere to all control procedures.
  • Prepare the ‘mise en place’ of the designated section.
  • Apply the recipes given by the Executive Chef.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Degree of Culinary Arts
  • Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Positive, engaging personality
  • Professional appearance & attitude
