CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a market-leading state-of-the-art engineering Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Project Engineer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Project Engineer you will manage project timelines, track progress, and address delays or issues affecting project flow. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another related field, who possess at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with facade projects. Strong skills in project management, including scheduling and risk mitigation are a must. Our client offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills and experience.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage project timelines, track progress, and address delays or issues affecting project flow.
• Perform quality control to ensure components meet industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and environmental considerations, especially for large facade projects.
• Conduct inspections, review shop drawings, and manage documentation efficiently.
• Communicate effectively between project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee installations, collaborate with subcontractors, and manage material delivery logistics.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in facade projects.
• Strong skills in project management, including scheduling and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with safety standards, quality control processes, and facade systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
