CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a market-leading state-of-the-art engineering Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Facade Project Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Facade Project Manager, you will lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and excellence as well as develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Engineering, Architecture, or another related field, who possess proven experience in facade engineering, with a approximately 5+ years in a relevant project management role. Strong leadership and team management skills along with exceptional organizational and communication abilities are a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in facade engineering, with approximately 5+ years of proven experience in a Project Management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and/or Primavera.
• Familiarity with facade systems and industry standards.
• PMP certification is a plus.
