Confidentiality, Privacy, Security (CPS) Team of the Quality, Risk, Security (QRS) Department of Deloitte Middle East & Cyprus is seeking to recruit a dynamic and high caliber Cyber Administrator to join the team at the level of Associate to Experienced Associate, in our Nicosia or Limassol office.

The Team
The QRS Department is handling matters pertaining to Compliance; Regulatory; Anti-Money Laundering (AML); Ethics; Anti-Corruption; Independence; Security and Risk Management for the entire Deloitte Middle East & Cyprus region. The Security Team of CPS is responsible for matters such as Information Technology, travel, legal, facilities management and other areas which may have a security related aspect. This is a unique opportunity to engage in cross-border collaboration with Deloitte professionals across the Deloitte network, broadening your knowledge and building your competencies and skills.
The Role
The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Information Security Manager (ISM) in maintaining the ISMS documentation and ensuring it remains relevant, accurate, and up to date.

Supporting the ISM in conducting periodic risk assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities.

Assisting in the development and delivery of periodic training and awareness sessions to impart key messages to the Firm.

Supporting the Leader of CPS/Chief Security Officer (CSO) with ongoing awareness through channels such as email newsletters and brochures.

Assisting the ISM in performing periodic reviews against information security requirements related to data classification, clear desk policy, etc., and identifying non-compliance.

Assisting the ISM and CSO in completing gap analyses against Deloitte Global standards.

Support the Business Continuity Manager (BCM) to manage and do the meetings for business continuity testing and drills. Ensuring compliance with business continuity standard and implement document control.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related fields.

CompTIA Security+ or ISO 27001 Lead Implementor is a plus.

Relevant training in Business Continuity.

1-3 years of previous relevant experience (Information Security and Business Continuity). Experience of Document Controller will be considered as a plus.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to build healthy working relations with business executives, vendors, and peers.

Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Excellent command of the English & Greek language, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Arabic language will be considered as a plus.
