Quality Coordinator

The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external clients to effectively develop and implement a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) internal auditing schedule. They will manage existing documented management systems and develop new ones as required. Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee the complaints management system, ensuring it aligns with the strategic, quality, and continuous improvement objectives of each entity individually.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality management documentation for existing and new companies in coordination with the Quality Manager

  • Ensure services comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure ISO compliance and monitor adherence to quality, environmental, and safety policies

  • Implement quality improvement plans and maintain accurate records of inspections and quality reports

  • Document non-conformities and corrective actions and assist in employee training on company management systems

  • Coordinate with Flags and Classification Societies for service station approvals and ensure timely audits

  • Stay updated on HSE regulations and ensure compliance with current and changing standards

  • Participate in projects as assigned by the Quality Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Over 3 years of experience with quality management systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities

  • Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
