Working Hours: 07:00-15:30 / 08:00 – 16:30 / 10:00-18:30 Monday to Friday shifts change every week
Mundipharma Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Chemist to join the Quality Control team.
Main Role:
Quality Control (QC) is concerned with the sampling, specifications, and testing as well as the organization, documentation, and release procedures which ensure that all the relevant and necessary tests are conducted.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sampling of raw materials finished products and packaging components according to Quality Control procedures.
- Performing the necessary tests for raw materials, bulk and final products according to the written procedures and specifications.
- Perform stability studies of finished products and maintain a stability testing schedule.
- Document and maintain all procedure with respect to sampling and testing of raw materials, finished products and packaging components.
- Approve or reject all raw materials, finished products and packaging components that fall out of specification in accord to written Quality Control procedures.
- Maintain a log of daily and future activities.
- Perform daily calibration / verification of laboratory equipment in accordance with Quality Control procedures.
- Perform performance tests on laboratory equipment.
- Maintain, record and generate statistical charts for analysis results.
- Monitor water quality through continuous testing and daily readings.
- Sampling of water through various parts of production area for microbiological evaluation at contract laboratory.
- Maintain accurate record of microbiological results and generate statistical charts with results.
- Inform Senior analyst / Quality Control Manager of any out of specification results or problems within Quality Control laboratory.
- Execute OOS / OOT Investigations.
- Write / correct / review SOP procedures in relation to Quality Control matters / processes / procedures.
- Complete Manufacturing and Filling Batch Records with the necessary information (API quantity, samples quantities)
Education and Experience
- University degree in Chemistry
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant position
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (verbal and written)
- Strong Computer skills including MS Office.
- Previous experience within pharma industry will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
