Managing the purchasing and storage of products and raw materials is a key role in our luxury hotel operations. If you have the right experience and mind-set, the Stores Helper role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, and quality
• Monitor par levels and implement a First In, First Out policy
• Return near-expiry items to suppliers promptly
• Prepare and deliver daily departmental requisitions courteously and on time
• Keep all storage areas (dry, refrigerated, etc.) clean and organized
• Assist the Purchasing Officer with additional duties as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Greek and English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
