Tickmill is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing marketing and brand-related projects, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires a strong background in marketing and brand management, to ensure Tickmill’s campaigns and assets are delivered effectively on time and aligned with our marketing- and brand strategy and business goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex marketing initiatives, coordinating creative teams, multiple stakeholders, and optimizing marketing workflows to drive efficiency, scalability and performance.

What the job looks like?
The Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the execution of brand-related projects and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Tickmill’s overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Working closely with the Commercial Operations team on all Jira Tickets and processes.
- Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of marketing- and brand assets, including but not limited to digital content, print materials, videos, webinars/live steam, events and brand collateral.
- Drive creative and strategic planning including creative briefs, scope definition, estimating, scheduling, and cost control to maximize project efficiency.
- Manage timelines, production budgets, and resource allocation within the marketing team, ensuring deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
- Continuously review and improve marketing workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability and effectiveness.
- Implement and manage project management tools and media platforms to enhance team coordination, scalability and workflow efficiency.
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for internal teams such as Business Development, Product, Compliance, and regional marketing teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, performance marketers, and external vendors to meet project objectives.
- Liaise with external agencies and production partners, ensuring efficiency, quality control and smooth delivery of assets and materials.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to improve campaign performance, efficiency, and ROI.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing- and/or brand management, campaign creation and execution.
- Experience within the FX Trading industry and in a marketing department or an agency is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing, brand management and content production.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of project management and creative processes including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and run team meetings.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, asset production, and brand management.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
