LUXEL VILLAS is excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and energetic person to become a part of our team as a Front Office Member in Ayia Napa. We are seeking a dependable customer service expert who will assist and support our tenants and guests throughout their stay.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
  • Assist guests with their inquiries and resolve any minor issues during their stay
  • Handle guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English
