The Client:
On behalf of our Client, which is a leader in the field of beverages production, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive in Nicosia.
The Position:
The Marketing Executive is a key member of the Brand Strategy department, supporting the Head of Brand Strategy in driving the development, implementation, and execution of brand, marketing, and communication initiatives. This role combines project management, market research, brand asset management, and strategic support while acting as a crucial link between internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate is passionate about brand building, highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of brand and marketing projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Brand Strategy & Marketing Support

Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand Strategy to develop and implement brand strategies across all product portfolios.

Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to provide insights that guide strategic decisions.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional projects related to brand positioning, communication, and go-to-market activities.

Support the management of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all materials and touchpoints.
B. Project & Operations Management:

Innovation Projects handling: Support the planning and execution of brand-related projects from concept to launch.

Manage project timelines, resources, and cross-functional communication to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.

Liaise with internal teams (marketing, design, supply chain, sales) and external partners (agencies, suppliers) to support brand and marketing projects.
C. Centralized Brand & Marketing Asset Management

Maintain and organize centralized digital brand assets (logos, images, packaging, templates, brand guidelines).

Oversee the creation, updating, and distribution of marketing and communication assets across the organization.

Act as the key point of contact for internal teams and external partners requesting support on operations.
D. Central Social Media Assets Handling

Manage the centralized library of social media assets for all brands under the portfolio.

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to gather, organize, and distribute social media visuals, templates, and content packages.

Ensure assets are aligned with brand guidelines and ready for use across all social media platforms.

Support in basic content adaptation or briefing to agencies where needed.
E. Executive Support to Head of Brand Strategy

Provide day-to-day strategic and administrative support to the Head of Brand Strategy.

Prepare briefing documents, meeting agendas, and follow-ups for brand-related meetings.

Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to support the Brand Strategy department.
Skills/Qualifications/Experiences:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

2+ years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, project management, or communications.

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
-
Proficiency in organizing and managing digital assets.
-
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing content formats.
-
High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Location:
The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia.
Remuneration:
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
