Job Overview:

Are you looking to start a rewarding career in luxury hospitality? Ararat Signature Collection is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Waiter B to support our dining team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop within a five-star environment. You’ll assist in delivering seamless service, supporting senior waitstaff, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Support Waiter A by helping take orders and preparing drinks when needed.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
• Clear tables and reset them quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the dining area and service stations.
• Assist with restocking supplies like cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
• Respond to guest requests or questions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Help manage large group reservations and events.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and escalate any concerns to senior staff.
• Support the team in setting up for special occasions or themed events.
